He has strategized and executed transformative HR initiatives across multiple & diverse organisations in his career. At HBI, Rajiv has been conceptualising & driving talent solutioning across industry domains, Previously he was the Recruitment & Reward Head for Bajaj Finance across 500+ locations of the company. Prior to this he has worked in leadership HR roles in Bank of New York Mellon & Computer Sciences Corp. He started his career with Ma Foi Consultants. Rajiv is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy of India & a MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.

He is a industry veteran in the Executive Search & Selection space, having 17 years experience in the domain. He has been closely involved in the evolution of executive hiring processes & practices in Indian industry for the past 2 decades as the industry transformed substantially. At HBI, Jeet leads executive hiring (senior & leadership levels) for the past six years. He engages & advises business leaders as a strategic consultant. He has previously been associated with Venator Search Partners, Summit HR Worldwide & Ma Foi Consultants.
He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Pune.
